Management Training
As the culture and landscape of organizations evolve, so must the role of a manager. For over two decades we have worked in operations and management, designing and delivering management training experiences. We continually incorporate new research and recommendations into our programs ensuring they have the most valuable content.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching is a personalized process that focuses on individual goals. We will partner with you to set concrete goals and devise a plan of action. A coaching engagement typically lasts between six to twelve months and during this period we meet regularly to examine progress. All coaching engagements are confidential and individually customized.
